Terms of Payment
The rental fee is to be paid upon signing the agreement, either by check payable to the Township of East Hawkesbury, cash, by an inter-banking process, e-transfer to llalonde@easthawkesbury.ca or at the municipality by debit card (Interac). A $5 fee will be charge for NSF cheques.
Liability / Damages
Samuel Reilley Park assumes no liability when renting the Park. Incidents of the and accidents are the occupant’s responsibility. It is strictly forbidden to use any and all sorts of confetti, streamers, gold dust or other.It is strictly forbidden to drill, to nail and to put scotch tape, mounting putty (Fun Tak) or tacks on the walls and ceilings of the rented equipment. The occupant agrees to pay all costs incurred due to breakage and/or damages caused during the occupancy.
Service of alcoholic beverages
It is the responsibility of the lessee if there will be" alcoholic beverage", the lessor in commited to obtain the permit issued by the liquor license provided by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). It is forbidden for any minor to consume alcoholic beverages. If in doubt, a valid ID may be requested by the server. Alcoholic beverages are strictly forbidden outside the park. Should a guest(s) consume alcoholic beverages from his/their vehicle or elsewhere on the premises, Management reserves the right to deny entry into the hall to the said guest(s).Service of alcoholic beverages
I undertake to respect the conditions of this rental agreement and agree to pay for damages incurred and/or caused during my occupancy.
